So, you may have either bought one of our "Make Your Own" kits, or your simply looking for some tips on what you can do with your beads.
We are a big fan of the knottable tiger tail, flexi wire. This is what we put into our kits. It makes threading the beads simple, and there is no need for tools. We know some of you will have your full kit at home...but for those of you who don't it's a great way to begin.
The Goma bracelet is the most simple design to start with.
You will require :
*Apporx 26cm of WIRE
*11-13 PAPER BEADS (depending on wrist size)
*Small GLASS SPACER BEADS
*1 TOGGLE CLASP
1.Start threading the paper beads onto the wire, and put in between each paper bead, a glass spacer bead.
2. Once you have threaded a good line, test that it is the right length for around your wrist.
3. With the knottable wire you can then simple tie on each end of the clasp with a double know, and trim tidy.
If you are using other materials for threading, then use the appropriate fixing materials.
If you are using Memory wire:
You can either finish with ball ends,
Or turn each end into a loop.
